The future is still uncertain,
I know not where I'll be.
But in the past few weeks
I've prayed that you will be with me.
My love has grown from day to day,
I miss you more and more.
If love is hurting while apart,
no wonder my heart is sore.
I hold you close within my heart
and in my arms you lie.
I cannot help the way I feel,
nor do I wish to try.
One thing I know the future
brings each and every day.
I love you more and more,

The future holds uncertain thoughts
and wonderment abound.
